Polarity Therapy

A gentle, holistic method of treatment, applicable to many health problems and also useful in maintaining health. Central to Polarity Therapy is the concept of life force energy, which is in constant pulsation from positive to negative poles in the body, via a neutral position, that creates fields and energetic lines of force. Disease is a process which occurs when the life energy is blocked or out of balance. To overcome these blocks and imbalances, Polarity therapy uses a system of gentle bodywork. Some polarity therapists may also recommend Polarity Yoga and offer guidance on Ayruvedic diet and nutrition to support the rebalance of the body.
