Portsmouth Adult ADHD Support group
The goal of the Adult ADHD Support Group is to gain practical
skills and knowledge, provide emotional support, and share resources
among ADHD adults. This is a peer support group with a creative,
strengths-based approach to life a la ADDiference. Each month
features a topic of interest to ADHD adults, followed by group
discussion, and sharing useful tips & resources. A facilitator
provide supportive structure. Group starts promptly at 6:30pm,
come a little early

Held Outside: Rain, Sun Snow or Cold. Bring a written or symbolic item that represents all you wish to shed or change.
Must wear denim pants that can be rolled up. Bring blankets, water bottles, hat, mittens, raincoat and many layers of warm clothing.
